If you are looking for psychotherapy, especially CBT oriented and other evidence-based approaches, you’ve come to the right place. I am also hoping that this can be the place where you can feel understood and appreciated, and find something that fits you. You are welcome to read more on the therapy offered, including one-to-one therapy and any group therapies that might be of interest to you. If you don’t see a group that suits your needs, you are encouraged to suggest any new groups. Feel free to explore this platform as you will be able to find audio and video tools and recommendations that might be a good match for your needs. Much of this is a work in progress, and not all sections of the website are working yet. So, your patience as Therapy Wish grows is much appreciated. I work as a psychotherapist and a group facilitator. I am currently working on projects that encourage understanding of emotions and healthier perceptions on them, in innovative ways. I am passionate about building a more empathetic outlook on what it means to be a human and function among others with the emotions and with the experiences we have.
