Welcome. I am glad you’ve found this place. Before getting into more detail of why Therapy Wish was created, let me explain what you might find here. If you are looking for psychotherapy, especially CBT oriented and other evidence-based approaches, you’ve come to the right place. I am also hoping that this can be the place where you can feel understood and appreciated, and find something that fits you. You are welcome to read more on the therapy offered, including one-to-one therapy and any group therapies that might be of interest to you. If you don’t see a group that suits your needs, you are encouraged to suggest any new groups. Feel free to explore this platform as you will be able to find audio and video tools and recommendations that might be a good match for your needs. Much of this is a work in progress, and not all sections of the website are working yet. So, your patience as Therapy Wish grows is much appreciated. You are welcome to provide your recommendations, because your input is valuable. 😊

The idea to form Therapy Wish was driven by a desire to encurage people to find the things that work for them, rather than trying to work for the things that don’t. You might want to ask yourself - are you trying to fit yourself into ideas that are outdated or continually fail to work for you?
Perhaps we do not have to try so hard to fit in. What is the worst thing that would happen if you stopped? Could that be the chance to finally be more in alignment with your values and your true nature? When you accept yourself and treat yourself with kindness you begin to enjoy your own company more. You become a better friend to yourself.
We can all learn to be better friends to ourselves. With that inspiration at hand, Therapy Wish is on a path to offer services and develop tools and projects that embody self-growth, self-acceptance, connection, courage and innovation.
